A. Standard Offerings are those that are NOT customised as per needs of our customers. We have set clear deliverables against each, for you against set tariffs. For example, advertising through a web banner on our websites is a Standard Offering.

A. In a nutshell, ‘Response Guaranteed’ solutions mean that you primarily pay for results delivered. Herein, you share your marketing goals, we decide the strategy and creatives, get them approved, execute and bill you as per results achieved.

Q. How do ‘Response Guaranteed’ Solutions work? How are they priced?

A. As mentioned above, for ‘Response Guaranteed’ projects–we become your marketing partner. We understand your marketing goals, and if convinced that we can achieve them–we take on the challenge. Herein, we typically charge you as a combination of basic consultancy fee, and a price-per-success.

The pricing depends on complexity of challenge and uniqueness of your target audience.

Q. So, does that mean you either have Standard Offerings or Response Guaranteed solutions?

A. We also have the third variety–Customised Solutions. Essentially these are Standard Offerings customised to your specific needs. For example, if you want your banner ad placed on specific sections, or want emails to be sent to a very specific database, then these would e Customised Solutions–for which we will not have a ready-made tariff, and will need to do customised pricing.

Q. Is there any minimum ticket size associated with a Response Guaranteed project?

A. Yes, as a ballpark figure, our minimum ticket size for a Response Guaranteed project is Rs 100,000 or US$ 1,500 (per month).

Q. Till what stage of your Sales Cycle can EFY-i’s Response Guaranteed solutions work?

A. As the popular adage goes, we can get the horse till the lake, but we can’t get it to drink water.
